A powerful evening circle where we celebrate and connect with the rhythms of WINTER, releasing what no longer serves and nourishing the inner warmth that carries you into Spring. Igniting your inner fire with guided breath work, movement, a 75 minute sound healing & tea ceremony.

Floating Sound Bath (McMinnville)
Float weightlessly in a soft aerial hammock while being immersed in live harp, crystal singing bowls, and meditative sound.
The subtle sway of the hammock mimics the rhythm of being held and the floating reduces pressure on the joints and spine, increases circulation, for profound relaxation.
