She Who Flows
A Sacred Medicine Retreat for Women in All Seasons of Life
A call to the woman ready for change—to step away from the noise, to dance with the flow of life, and remember the rhythm of her own becoming.
A three-day, two-night plant medicine retreat at a beautiful river sanctuary October 3rd - 5th
Retreat Highlights:
Healing Sound Bath – A deeply meditative soundscape of singing bowls, harp, chimes, gong and harmonic tones designed to calm the nervous system and prepare your spirit for the journey ahead.
Guided Group Medicine Journey – In a carefully curated and sacred space, you’ll embark on a transformative medicine journey, supported by skilled facilitators. This journey is an invitation to dissolve barriers, awaken inner wisdom, and access deep healing that transcends the mind. By temporarily quieting the default mode network, the brain begins to form new neural pathways that align with the wisdom of the heart and soul, fostering deep healing, clarity, and true breakthroughs.
Integration Day at Breitenbush Hot Springs – A full day spent in the healing embrace of nature, soaking in mineral-rich waters, resting in the stillness of the forest, and allowing insights from your journey to settle deeply. This time of reflection and renewal is essential for weaving your experience into daily life with intention and grace.
Releasing Fire Ritual – Gather in ceremony around the sacred fire to honor what is ready to be released. Through guided reflection and intention-setting, offer old stories, fears, and limiting beliefs to the flames, making space for renewal, clarity, and transformation.
Gentle Yoga Session – Move with intention through a grounding and heart-opening yoga practice. This session is designed to help you reconnect with your body, integrate your experience, and cultivate presence as you transition back into daily life with greater ease and awareness.
Organic, Nourishing Meals – Thoughtfully prepared with locally sourced, organic ingredients, each meal is designed to support your body’s healing and integration. Enjoy vibrant, wholesome dishes that nourish the body.
Deep Connections with other Amazing Women – This retreat is a space of sisterhood, where you’ll be held in a circle of like-hearted women walking their own path of growth and transformation. Through shared experience, heartfelt conversations, and authentic connection, you’ll leave feeling seen, supported, and deeply inspired.

The accommodations are styled like a charming mini Western town, each space crafted with artistry and care. Every detail—handmade artwork, warm rustic touches, and sacred gathering spaces—tells a story of a magical place to behold.
