She Who Flows is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and into a space of deep listening, connection, and remembering. A weekend to soften, release what you’ve been carrying, and make room for new possibilities.

We’ll gather in the beauty of the Oregon forest, held by the sound of the river, medicine, music, ritual, nourishing food, and the presence of a small circle of women walking their own journeys alongside you.

Come as you are, with your intentions, your questions, your tenderness, your courage, and your curiosity.

We would be honored to welcome you into this lovingly held weekend of healing and transformation.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

A $250 non-refundable deposit secures your spot, with the remaining balance due by October 1, 2026. Once your deposit is received, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to begin preparing for our time together. This will include retreat preparation details, a link to schedule your 1:1 preparation call, information for joining our group preparation call, and instructions for making your final payment.

If your plans change, payments beyond the $250 deposit are refundable up to 24 hours before the retreat begins. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the retreat are non-refundable. Alternatively, your payment may be transferred to a future retreat, subject to availability.

Because each retreat is intentionally kept small and your space is held especially for you, we deeply appreciate as much notice as possible if your plans change.
